It's been a long time since I was in a hotel that had a mini bar full of expensive alcohol. Warm your kids not to touch anything! Barely any room for personal drinks or food. Shampoo/conditioner was kinda meh so bring your own if you're picky. Everything else was great. Good service. Location surrounded by restaurants.

We recently stayed at the Hotel Crescent Court for a party nearby. My husband and I were excited about staying here as it was our first time. From the check-in experience to the following day when we had to check out, we only encountered a sub-par experience. We were told we couldn't upgrade the room because they were super busy and didn't have availability, which was fine. Then we got to our room, and my husband told me the shower was clogged (almost flooded), so don't use it. He told the staff in the lobby, and nobody did anything. Angel at the front desk made this trip phenomenal for me. He really is a real life angel! Excellent hospitality skills, upgraded me without even requesting, so kind and personable, his service was unmatched and should be emulated by the other front desk employees who I felt could’ve been a bit kinder (Sam)
The doors are quite loud when they open and close and should be redone but other than that, it was a great stay. Thank you Crescent court!

We have stayed at this hotel, attended multiple celebrations, wined, dined and attended paid for holiday events for many years. The service and offerings continue to increase in price while the service and options diminish. The "customer experience" is not their top priority so I would consider other options in the area that are working harder to accommodate the customer and clientele.
