I'm a healer, a mom, an artist, an intuitive, a wife and so much more and in no particular order. I chose acupuncture as my main modality for healing as it is effective, precise and artful. Five Element Acupuncture is a particularly unique form of Chinese Medicine that I love and practice as it offers a way for me to be present to my patients without getting too clinical.

These bios never get to the essence so I'll tell you a few facts and go from there. I suppose you'll just have to come on in if you'd like to know the person behind the facts. I grew up and went to Catholic school just outside of Baltimore and left home at 18 to follow a path as a servant of God (as I saw it).
My daughter has been taking medications for her problem for over 7 years. After starting treatment with Marie, her symptoms decreased, and now almost a year later, her symptoms are almost gone. She no longer takes medications and remains healthy. Marie is easy to talk to, and her approach is extremely well rounded, and highly effective.
Do you take insurance? YES! I am a provider for Carefirst, UnitedHealth, and Cigna. Call the number on the back of your card to see if acupuncture is a covered benefit OR contact me and I will do a verification for you! How much does it cost? If your plan does not cover my services, my fees are $280 for the initial 90 minute evaluation and $135 for followup sessions.
