Wonderful place. Whoever answers the phone is always kind and helpful. They go out of their way. Open late - which is RARE and means that I can receive care and still go to work.
I have worked with multiple practitioners at Pulse, and they were consistently AMAZING. Attentive, genuine, effective. Big thanks to Maryam, Josh, and the sweet acupuncturist lady who works on Saturday mornings - for their incredible healing knowledge!

I have been a patient at Pulse for over 3 years off and on. I know people end up working with one person but each practitioner at Pulse I have worked with has been outstanding in their own right. This practice is mindful to have a calming environment with people who know what they are doing and who love their work. You just can't go wrong here. I highly recommend Pulse.

I recently started going to Pulse for community acupuncture. I like the ability to schedule online. I find the level of attention, care and experience very consistent no matter which acupuncturist is treating me. Very healing environment from the moment I step into the office. Love this place! I've been to over a dozen acupuncturists over the years, and Jacky and Janaye are hands down my favorites. Pre- and post knee replacement surgeries, they kept me walking. When my stress levels are off the charts, within one hour I'm fully grounded and calm. Easy to schedule, easy to afford, top quality acupuncture. What more could you ask for?

I've received multiple treatments from Jackie and Janaye at the community acupuncture clinic, and they are both professional, kind, and attentive. I'm a Chinese Medicine practitioner myself, I've been to more than 4 community acupuncture clinics in my life, and I must say that they run a smooth operation! You're greeted respectfully at the door, you're listened to during intake, and the needles are inserted gently and with great care. I am immensely pleased with and grateful for Pulse. It's a warm, wonderful, welcoming place. I go there for community acupuncture which has practically cured my sciatica. The community format (up to five clothed clients in a room) makes it affordable for me. (I know they have many individual clients, as well.) The staff are professional and caring and sincerely concerned about your well-being. I really can't say enough good things about Jackie, Janaye, and Ada.

Excellent! even for skeptics like me who were desperately seeking pain relief and arrived here as a last resort! Sorry it took me so long! I am completely blown away by the treatment aid received and it’s results! Had major back pain when I arrived. i did the community session since it was the only available appointment. After treatment, I sat up and still felt the pain. I told Simone (acupuncturist) that it didn’t seem to work, but it was fine. I didn’t expect it to take quickly (which was true). I had my first appointment with Pulse, and had a top notch experience. The space is very clean and organized. The owners, Jackie and Janaye, answered all of my questions and made me feel right at home. As far as the treatment, they focused on a few problem areas with cupping and acupuncture, and I'm happy to say that even after one session I feel a lot less tension in areas like my torn rotator cuff and stiff lower back. I'll definitely be back for another session soon!
