We had an employee only work for us from 1/11/19 to 2/18/19 (Just over a month). We paid Pinnacle in full within 30 days as we are a reputable company. The employee stopped working for us just after 30 days stating she took another assignment (its like she knew to at least work 30 days!). She never returned and Pinnacle wanted more money to try to fix the situation. We will never utilize them again.

The staff at Pinnacle Rehab Staffing have been very helpful! I wouldn't have known about the job without their help, despite searching for a job like this-- it didn't come up on any of my searches. In addition, they got me an interview faster than any where I've ever applied-- from talking to them to interview scheduled was a couple hours. I completed the interview a couple of days later and an hour later they already had feedback for me from the employer! In addition they helped me to get a higher offer-- I was offered a dollar lower than I make and it looked like the employer was not going to

These people are so incredibly dishonest and unethical!!! Avoid this so called "professional" staffing agency at all costs!! First off, these people lied and said they were going to match me to 3 different companies but then never got back to me. Months went by and still nothing!!! Zippo!! Zero in terms of follow up. Then when they finally did match me to something the pay wasn't even close to what they had lied about during my initial phone interview!! These people are very unprofessional, they don't return phone calls or emails, and they definitely do not care about you at all!! If you can't

I want to say thank you to Deirdre and her team!! I needed a new job working in Philadelphia as a Physical Therapist. Pinnacle helped me get this job at top dollar and with an awesome team working in early intervention. Later I moved to Florida and again she helped me procure the perfect position for what I needed there. I love this chica and her staff! They are thorough, fast and organized. Highly recommended.

I have recently done some work for this business as a contractor. I can tell you that they have high standards and definitely put a lot of work into finding qualified candidates for the facilities that hire them, as well as finding a facility that is a good fit for the candidates they service. I've done a few different administrative projects for Pinnacle, and I've had nothing but positive experiences working directly with their staff.
