I did a job for Bryon he retained money he said he would pay me in a week. I called him For 2 months he hid from me for 2 months. He finally reached out to me he said he would pay me, he told me to fix stuff that was not on my scope of work for free. He is not willing to admit his mistakes. I did finish the job now he took the money from my bank account he stopped payment HE IS NOT HONEST!! We had a contractor and he broke it.

Bryon gave us the best bid compared to 2 other companies. His team built a brand new ADU in our backyard as well as landscaped our backyard. Overall both projects took about 9 months to complete altogether. His team was friendly and respectful of our property. Our unit is now on Airbnb and doing amazing. We love our new backyard and all the plants he recommended. I would highly recommend Leland Construction as they do high quality work and are very affordable.
