As a retail and consignment furniture store, Surroundings maintains an extensive showroom of high-quality, designer furniture. Oftentimes, our showroom contains pieces that you won't find anywhere else, especially not in a standard retail outlet. We consistently update our showroom with new inventory to provide customers with a unique buying experience.
Buy and sell your like new furniture, accessories, artwork and lighting on consignment. Over 95 % of consignor inventory sells during the 3 month term. Learn more about how our staff can assist you with consigning your items with Surroundings! From accent pieces to large items, our store provides a variety of home decor offerings.
Pricing is usually 45-65% of purchase price based on quality, condition, age and saleability. We will set a date to take in your items, most times within a week or two and refer services to pick up your items. All items are consigned for a 3 month term, 50/50 split with discretionary pricing. You may pick your items up at any time during the 90 days.

I purchased a table and two night stands and paid a trucking company to go pick it up, and Surroundings didn't give them the table when they arrived. Surroundings said the trucking company didn't ask for it, and I said you had the sales receipt you should have given it to them. Surroundings said, "Well have the trucking company come back and get it", and I replied "no because I have to pay them hourly." I had to arrange to find someone with a truck to go back and pick it up. I live in Naples and Surroundings is in Bonita Springs.

I called there two weeks ago to ask about an item I saw online, the gentleman that answered said he was busy and couldn't help me right now, he was actually pretty rude, told me to send an email which I did along with a picture of the item I was interested in, still haven't heard one word from him, P won't shop there again

Absolute worst customer service. Alex "in charge" is arrogant and
condescending. Consignors BEWARE!! When you bring in your precious goods for Surroundings to sell on your behalf, just know that if a customer breaks it, or someone walks off with it (we'll never know because they don't provide proof that your beloved item was really broken and not stolen), they don't let you know of this and they care NOT to compensate you in any way. No future credit towards a purchase in their store, NOTHING! I do not recommend Surrounds. They are way overpriced and the management couldn't care less about you

The best consignment furniture store in Naples! Because of their sales volume, there is quick turnover of products in the store, so every time I go there (a lot since I am in the market to buy some furniture) there are a lot of new products on display.
And, I must point out, the store's assortment reflects the great taste level of it's Buyer. This is not just another consignment furniture store... it's the best.

If we could leave no stars we would! Left furniture with this company when the consignment time expired we reached a verbal agreement they would extend consignment for another 30 days. When we stopped in 2 weeks later to check they had sold 2 pieces and never contacted us. When questioned they pulled the "your contract has expired" and kept all of the money. I would urge people to not use these criminals. They are shady & can not be trusted.

Their stuff's so nice, they'll sell it twice! Literally ... This review is based on an experience at their other store, since closed, but same operation/owners etc. I found a really great piece that was quite special, unique and definitely one-of-a-kind, fell in love with it, and decided to buy it, but we couldn't take it that day as we had our convertible and needed to come back with a larger vehicle. So, I inquired, was told that's fine, paid for it IN FULL, and went on my way. Three days later while getting ready to go pick it up, I find out THEY SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE
