I used to call Clive Daniel my "happy place" but I am very unhappy with my recent experience. I ordered many pieces of furniture and spent a considerable amt of money and yet when i expressed my dissatisfaction with a couple of the products, all I have heard for a week is "Just Wait" and "Tracy will call you." I am a reasonable woman and a fellow business owner but I am having a difficult time with the lack of response. Very poor customer experience. Clive Daniel is definitely no longer my "Happy Place".

This place is the outlet store for Clive Daniel Design in Naples and has a wide selection of items from the main store that run the gamut, bedroom sets, dining room tables and chairs, sofas and sectionals.
Additionally there is an Art Gallery in the same space and all the art works on the wall are for sale.

Clive Daniel has beautiful (yes,expensive) furniture and we found the customer service to be top notch. I'm sort of confused by the negative reviews. Our designer, Gina, helped us pick out a home full of furniture and fabrics that look stunning in our apartment. She is enthusiastic, responsive and listened to our needs and our preferences and worked within our guidelines to furnish our home.
We called her many times asking 'when will our furniture arrive?' and she always looked into it and called us back with an answer. On installation day, she was with us as well as another designer

We could not recommend this furniture store. We were not happy with the quality of the furniture, the professional level of the "designer", who had no formal training and little work experience. We paid extra for "design" help for someone who we felt was not capable of putting together fabrics, who made mistakes with the scale of the furniture, the sizing of a fixture, and who told us to go to Home Goods to find accessories for our home since our budget was exhausted by the cost of the furnishings that were purchased. Clive Daniel is a company to stay away from. Their furniture is way overpriced. And the are crooks. Clive Daniel was formerly known as Robb and Stucky. They had several Florida locations. They closed all their stores, went bankrupt, stiffed their employees and venders for lots of money. People who put down payments down to order furniture never got their furniture, and lost their money. I have lived in Florida for years- this is a company not to do business with. Clive Daniel is a crook and should be in jail next to his cousin Bernie Madoff!!

Love the furniture at Clive Daniel. I am on a tight budget and was interested in redoing my house but 1 piece at a time. Had color palette which they also have. Very nice salesman, talked for quite awhile. Saw some beautiful pieces. He told me to take pics of my house and he would come up with some ideas. He got my cell number and was going to call me back with some ideas. I was very excited, but as I said earlier going to be a long process since I could purchase one piece at a time. Never heard from him or anyone else. I told a friend of mine my experience and she told me that if you were not

Great selection of furniture. From mid-price to high price. My salesperson, Ann, was very helpful. Not pushy, didn't stalk me as I wandered through the store. When I was done wandering, she was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She understood that I had a budget and helped me stick to it.
When I needed another bedroom set, I returned and she was very helpful again. If you are looking for good furniture, no matter what the budget, check out Clive Daniel - I'm sure you'll find something you like!

As a real estate broker, I know the power of big N neutral when it comes to home furnishings appealing to many people. Clive Daniel is the phoenix child of the principals of Robb & Stucky It returned after the recession with a beautiful showroom and an inventory of conservative, contemporary furniture. There's not a glimpse of jarring color here. Neutrals and pale pastels dominate the largely expensive collections. Well manicured designers are available to help customers assemble interiors, too.
