Many houses are built on a concrete slab foundation, a single layer of concrete several inches thick, usually resting on a bed of crushed gravel. Often, pressurized water pipes and sewer lines are installed under the foundation before the concrete slab is poured. These pipes can deteriorate over time (especially copper piping in acidic soil), creating what is known as a slab leak.
Slab leaks can be hard to detect. Symptoms include: a sudden spike in the water bill; a noticeable drop in water pressure; the constant sound of water running; damp carpeting or other flooring; foundation cracks or settling; and mildew in the walls or in the basement. If the leak is in a hot water line, the floor above it may feel warm to the touch.

I am not one to leave bad reviews as i understand sometimes things don't work out as planned but when you are not willing to stand by your work.............They installed a gas line for us. The line was obstructed and we could not get gas to our stove. They refused to come and check their work and were willing to let us go thru the Christmas holiday with no way to cook. Had to pay another plumber to come and fix their work when all they had to do was come back check the line and they would have seen it was clogged with insulation from where they were feeding it thru. Terrible customer service!

Needed an emergency fix to our tub. Due to the time of night and the specific part, they weren’t able to do it that same evening but they were there at 830 the next day. Had the part and had it fixed very quickly. They even got the appropriate handle for the tub (I was charged but that is to be expected). I have another tub that needs some work so we’ll be calling back!

Needed a PRV replaced due to age and a cracked elbow at the valve. Contacted David at Cyber Plumbing. He had Matthew and Chris out in no time flat. Valve and elbow replaced in record time! I have water again, which is a good thing.

Called in the evening with a clogged main line. They were very friendly when answering my call and were very quick to respond. The gentleman that came to our house was very courteous and helpful. We needed an additional water spigot added to our house outside. After getting the run around from another plumber I found Cyber Plumbing and they put me on the schedule for the following week. Additionally, they charged me about 35% less than the other plumber wanted. The technicians were on time, courteous, very professional and did a fantastic job.
