My family and I would highly recommend Direct Services Plumbing & Drain. Cathleen (Office Manager) provided EXCELLENT customer service (prompt appointment, kept me updated on arrival time and provided me with the names of the service technicians) once Rick and Ray arrived they were professional and knowledgeable. The repairs were made and everything is working GREAT!!! Once again, thanks Cathleen, Rick and Ray for a job well done.

First experience but they were prompt...scheduled a same day appointment and I asked if they could come earlier to let me know. They were able to and had my problem (water meter leak) fixed quickly. They were very upfront about cost and what they were fixing at every step. Got a quote for some future work while they were at my property, and I was impressed when they gave me some advice regarding when to consider moving towards that endeavor...basically it seemed the gentleman was very honest and they weren't in it for the buck. Thanks, Rick!! You were great!!
