I wish I could give no stars or half a star, we had a great property manager when we first moved in 2 yrs ago and they moved her to a different property, then we went through several more until this latest person who is unprofessional and down right lazy. In the 2yrs I have lived here I have had 1 thing repaired that needed fixed and nothing since. I think it's an outrage what this company charges for rent when I feel like I am living in the projects. It has gone way down hill since we 1st moved in. Looking for a new place.

I applied for a mobile home park with Coachlight east in Topeka. First off, I had to wait almost 2 weeks before I even got a response. When they finally did get back to me they wanted to run my credit. My current score is 548. I was denied entry into a trailer park solely because of my credit. Here is the kicker. The first time they tried running my credit, my report was frozen and they told me I failed the credit check. I told the leasing agent(Suzette Shields) that my report was locked and to try again. Well they never even tried running my credit again. Instead they deny the application and
