Never in my entire life have I had such a terrible financial transaction - ever. My transaction was just about as cut and dry as one could be and yet Jade Mortgage still manged to make a complete disaster of it, lied to me repeatedly and charged me a TON more money than the transaction should have been.
Five months. It took FIVE months for our re-finance to close. Something that should have been what, 45 days max? So, Because of this, we paid an extra 3-4 mortgage payments, which of course are 70% interest - so thanks Johnathan - I guess you don't mind throwing thousands of dollars away

Yelp should be putting this place front and center. I'm use to mortgages taking forever... at least they did on my last two homes. We bought our place brand new, the guys got it done in 10 days. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT, 10-DAYS!
