University Towne Building Corporation (UTBC) began its first residential construction project in 1991. We work with some of the most well recognized and accomplished Architects and design professionals in Houston. UTBC has also worked with many of Houston's most recognized and prosperous families, while successfully completing over 100 custom home projects in the last 20 years.
By concentrating on a narrow geographic area, and not taking on more projects annually than can be overseen by its principal, Dirk A. Hoyt, UTBC is able to spend more personal time on each project. We work in some of Houston's most prestigious neighborhoods and have completed homes in River Oaks, Tanglewood, West University, Stablewood, Bellaire and close in Memorial.

Services
Over time, our climate and environment insure that every home built in Houston, will require some form of maintenance. Regardless of the quality of materials or workmanship, there will be times when repairs, maintenance or just refreshing what you have for a special event will become necessary. UTBC works with many clients with the same team that builds the homes, to maintain their properties.
