This was by far the worst company I've ever done business with. STAY AWAY!
I booked two google offers for airport service to a caribbean vacation. I received confirmation emails after PERSISTENT communication on my behalf to the company and a gentleman named "Muhammed". The day prior to my trip, I called just to ensure everything was still set. Muhammed gave me attitude asking me if I received my confirmation email, and since I did that I should just leave it alone.
To no surprise really, at 4 am, Enviroride was no where to be seen. We missed our flight to the caribbean and

I purchased a Google Offer for a Dulles one-way trip. I tried to redeem my offer online and made a reservation online. I received a confirmation email with many additional charges that seemed questionable.
When I called the company to get clarification on the charges, the gentlemen who answered the phone was extremely rude. I tried to explain my reservation and he told me I was being vague and not trustworthy (not sure what is vague/untrustworthy about I made a reservation for a specific date at a specific time and I have a confirmation number). EnviroRide has, by far, the worst customer service I've every experienced. I pre-paid for sedan service to National Airport only to be told that none of their cars could possibly fit 2 people and 4 bags. I can fit that much in my little Toyota! They refused to help me in any way, refused to honor the value of my pre-paid voucher for a larger vehicle, such as an SUV, and went as far as to say, "I don't know what to do to help you." I'm extremely disappointed in their lack of customer focus and failure to assist a new potential customer. Avoid them if at all possible.

Last fall Groupon and EnviroRide offered a $40 one-way trip from Dulles to anywhere in the Washington DC area. Knowing that I was taking a trip in March the following year, I bought the coupon. I thought it would be a deal.
As my trip approached, I tried to make an appointment for the ride home from IAD. I looked at the groupon, and it said to call and schedule a pickup. First, the person I called told me to email them. So I did, but I didn't receive a response. Then I left a voice mail (and other email to follow up

These fools did not honor a Groupon. When trying to make a reservation after I indicated I was going to use a Groupon, they conveniently said they had zero availability. After a few weeks, I had another travel date, so I made a reservation and indicated I was going to use my Groupon. They confirmed, and the pick-up and drop off occurred without a hitch. That being said, they charged my credit card as if it were a regular reservation. When I called the office, they said I never indicated I was going to use a Groupon. I forwarded them a copy of the confirmation in which it clearly said in the notes

I had a great experience with Enviroride. I had a point to point pick up from DC to Arlington, and although the driver was a little late picking me up, he made up for lost time and got me to VA fairly quickly. As well, even though I had only booked a sedan, my driver showed up in a very comfortable SUV and helped me load my bags and a couple of boxes. Very friendly, extremely helpful, and the price is relatively cheap. I highly recommend using Enviroride!

I used this company for a ride to/from DCA.
Driver arrived 25 minutes late and then drove so slow that we missed the 45minute window to check luggage. Only because we were first class passengers and tipping a skycap $25 could we get luggage onto the plane.
Arriving back in dca, no ride to be found, even though they had flight info 2 weeks in advance! Called and they said they were trying to have the driver pull over to get a status. I texted the exact location where we were outside...in January! 10 minutes later they said 10 more minutes. 20 minutes after we called and they said the driver was

To say this company is a sham is being nice. Personally, I'm a very pro-sustainability individual and I take lots of business trips. So I was excited to see a company cater to people like me. Like most new businesses, I did a trial run. This time it was with a Groupon.

I used Enviroride to get to DCA a few days ago. No problems. I booked it a few days before, received an email confirmation and received a reconfirmation of the pickup time the day before via email as well. Clean comfortable vehicle and a very pleasant driver. In addition to my luggage, I had my little dog in a carrier who was flying with me. No extra charge for the dog. They accept credit cards or cash. I'll definitely use Enviroride again.

My mother in law set up a limo service for us as a wedding gift. She was in close contact with both Muhammad and Ravi in the time following up to the wedding. They assured her multiple times that everything would go smoothly. The limo was supposed to arrive at 1 PM at our hotel and then take me and the bridesmaids to the church.
