Jeff and Kim Dixon are the husband and wife duo who own and operate Grayson Tire and Auto Center here in Grayson, GA. Jeff and Kim both had a lifelong dream of owning their own automotive business, and were able to see this into fruition when they opened up their first shop, Lawrenceville Auto Center, back in 2015.

Jeff and Kim are the owners and operators of Grayson Tire and Auto. Jeff is a family man, with a professional automotive background; Jeff helps set GTA apart from your average repair shop. Having managed two of Snellville and Grayson's best-voted shops, GTA is the place that he implements his bar-raising customer service and knowledge base.
If you drive a car that has no A/C, you are about to experience an uncomfortable and sweaty ride. Having a properly working A/C in your car can keep you and other passengers cool and comfortable during the entire ride. The certified technicians at our repair shop are highly trained in A/C recharge and evacuation and can assess interior climate control issues.

I had been going to them mainly for oil changes in the last couple of years. One day I went through some water on the road and did not realize that the cover under the car that covers the parts came off. It cost me $700 to replace. My mechanic said it probably was not tightened after an oil change. So the next time I went to them for an oil change I told them what happened and asked them to make sure that they tighten the cover back under the car. Recently it rained and I went through a little water and I started hearing scraping on the ground. I took it back to my mechanic, the cover is not off

I bought a battery and stopped by to see if they would install it. I was in a situation where I needed help. They were busy but said they would be glad to help me out. The young lady behind the counter asked if they could do it and the guy in a back office ( maybe the owner) said yes, we take care of our customers. We'll I am now a definite customer from here on out.

While I going to get some lunch quickly, three of my tires reported low on air warning pop up, I pulled in to Grayson Tire and the young lady at the front desk and service manager took care of me right away. The best part of it I did not had to get out of my car to get it done. These guys are the real deal, excellent service at no cost. They definitely got my business next.
