They did a quick and efficient job repairing my tire when it went flat; however, when there ended up being a small problem after the repair, I really got to see how professional they are. Jeff, the manager, is a super nice guy and clearly takes a lot of pride in the business and his customers. They quickly had me back in to solve the problem.

Had a new strut and ball joint installed this morning. Called them early, and Rodney got me an apt. right then. This shop is like going back in time 50 years, when customer service was number one, exactly what A1 offers. Professional, second to none. Fair and honest pricing, in and out with no nonsense. If a could give 10 stars I would! 😩 They truly saved the day. I had an old tire that needed mounting and balancing and they were the only ones who'd do it without the tire being spanking brand new. Saved me an awful lot of money. They were also very quick and extremely nice and patient. I was literally in and out in like 20 minutes.

Rodney and his crew went way above and beyond to explain each quote (I had a number of repairs required to my 2007 Xterra). I would highly recommend A1 Tires and more. Not only did they repair my vehicle, I felt they were very reasonable price-wise. This is the best service I have received in several years. I would highly recommend A1. Been here once before for some used tires, the prices are great and the quality is outstanding. So good i had to come back today for my pothole issue.
I had hit a pothole and my tire went flat. I thought I had blew it but turns out it only needed air and a balance. Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went beyond and helped take care of us properly and professionally. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

I came into A-1 Tires today to get replacement tires and fix the wheels and I was a little bit skeptical because of their 3 star rating. A few days ago a drive pulled out in front of my 2006 white Ford Ranger, forcing me to run off the road. In the process, I popped my two rear tires and damaged the rear rims as well. In fact, I usually go to Discount Tire and get new tires, but they always seem to take a long time and make up excuses for why, so I decided to try a new shop.

Honesty will bring me back again and again and again... Andrew, the manager could have sold me 4 tires on the recommendation I got from another car repair shop that said my tires were dry rotted... Nope, Andrew verified, no dry rot. But he did notice that the tires with the most tread were mistakenly mounted on the rear. So, after balance and swap, and a small $20. charge... I was much relieved. And so... When I needed rear shocks... A1 and Andrew is who I returned to get more work done. And I will be telling all my friends, and always returning there for all my car repair needs.

Great prompt and quality service! I came in for a used tire and ended up needed two! Andrew was kind and showed me the issues with my tires. He not only was thorough in checking all of the tires for flaws or defects, but he let me see and pick out the newer ones to put on my car. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

DO NOT COME HERE! This place has the worst customer service ever! Went in for a simple oil change and it took over 2hrs. When I asked for my keys back to leave the manager instantly got an attitude and started telling me it wasn't their fault. Umm who's is it then?! They claim they sent someone to get an oil filter but they got the wrong one and had to go back. Why did that take over an hr when the store is right down the street?? He was very rude, did not empathize but give nothing but excuses. Never going here ever again.

A friend recommended this place to me for an oil change. What I got was a lot of racist remarks from a technician named Tony. I tried to take my business elsewhere and he said he already started so it was too late. Wouldn't give me my keys back until I paid so I had no choice. I believe he sabotaged my car. It hasn't run right since. When I got the police involved they said they have received many complaints like this about A-1 Tires and are investigating. Don't go here!
