My spouse's experience. Had a tooth extracted that was swollen and they have to drain an abscess. has been in pain- Tylenol and ibuprofen alternately taken- did not help. Pain disrupts everything- sleep, child care, appetite. Clinic called to follow up, I answered as my husband just fell asleep after a few sleepless night due to pain. I have visited Dakota Family Smiles twice and had great experiences both times. The first was simply a cleaning and exam. The office is bright and comfortable with extremely helpful office personnel. The exam and cleaning was very thorough and efficient. Both the person who cleaned my teeth and the dentist were careful as well as thorough. (There was no pain involved.)
During the exam the dentist found a loose bridge that needed to be replaced. My second visit was for that purpose. In one morning the dentist and his assistant were able to remove the bridge, remove glue and decay from the teeth

Laura was very friendly and personable while doing a great job with my teeth cleaning. Brock was also very friendly. He explained everything that was going on with me teeth and why he was doing what he was doing which shows that their team cares to keep their patients informed about their oral health and the reasoning for what they do instead of just doing something and you not understanding why. First visit, I have no complaints and will continue to visit Dakota Family Smiles in the future.

Beautiful new location! The dentists and staff are simply the best! My kids had cleanings recently (3 yo & 6 yo) and they are so great at making it fun and comfortable for the kids instead of scary. My daughter also recently had a tooth extracted and Dr. Brock and the staff made her feel so comfortable before the procedure and it also went super fast too! They defiantly know what they are doing here. They are the best! ❤️
