We have visited several offices before we choose RS Orthodontics for braces for our two kids. We found Dr.Sebbahi to be very knowledgeable and caring and the staff are very accomodating. It has been two years now and my daughter just got her braces off and she has the best smile we can ask for. The process is easy and fun for the kids. My kids look forward to their appointments. They do appreciation events, contests and sponsorship..We have several friends who go t
here and they are all happy and think that Dr.Sebbahi is an asset to the community.

We had a similar experience as Tracy S. We were unhappy with the care we received from Dr. Sebbahi and her response to our concerns. When presented with concerns, Dr. Sebbahi comes across as dismissive and rude. The office seems to be overbooked, leaving no time to fix broken brackets, etc. If you have a problem, instead of scheduling an appointment, it's suggested that it can be fixed at the next routine appointment. Routine appointments at this office are scheduled every two months, so you are often left waiting a long time to be seen. The staff members seem professional and nice enough

Toward the end of my daughter's orthodontic care, while placing a permanent bottom retainer, Dr. Sebbahi mentioned that the retainer may not hold (the environment wasn't ideal) and, if so, just to bring her back in. As expected, the retainer came off after 2 short months and I called immediately to have it put back on. The office could not accommodate an apt. for a month. The day before
