When I requested an estimate on yelp they responded very quickly. We were able to set up an appointment that worked for me right away. Ladies came and cleaned and some things look nice but I am a bit disappointed. It looks like they didn't lift any of the rugs in my kitchen or entryway. They swept and mopped around them. I checked the camera feed I have to see if that was real or if it just got moved when the rugs were moved. Sure enough it just looks like they slid the one a tiny bit and then slid it back. There is still dirt under and next to all 4 rugs. As I watched the video I also noticed

Our trusted realtor gave us a list of cleaners to use. This company was not on the list, but my wife chose them for the lower price.
We spent 3 days doing what they where supposed to do in two. They didnt even do a day. Try 1.5 hours(I know it was 1.5 hours, it's on camera on our security system from the time they rang my dorrbell, to when they drove out of our driveway). Now our house isnt ready for pictures, and we're constantly arguing. Which this service was to avoid.
They only cleaned 2 of 3 beds and bathrooms. Didnt get ceiling fans, they spray oven cleaner in a self cleaning oven. And

I hate being the person to leave a negative review, but really, this was the worst "deep clean" I've ever seen in my life. I paid $300 and when they were finished, there were cobwebs everywhere, splatters around the dishwasher, cabinet exteriors weren't clean, none of our furniture was moved so under beds and couches are full of dust, blinds weren't fully clean, and there were huge dirty water spots all over the floors from where they mopped. Before they left, I identified many of these issues and they agreed to come back during an open slot the next day... no show. They did ultimately come back

My husband and I truly appreciate the entire Xpress Maids team for the way they cleaned our house. They are simply the best local house cleaning company, period. We were extremely satisfied by the entire experience. We needed someone that could handle an urgent one-time deep cleaning. Excellent service and perfect timing! I would highly recommend this company. I called to schedule a quote for cleaning the house I sold and was moving out of and cleaning the house I bought and was moving into. I received an immediate response and was able to book the quote appointment as well as the cleaning service appointment fairly quickly. The owner and staff were all wonderful, had a great attitude and did an awesome job.

I recommend Xpress Maids for your housecleaning needs. Not only do the cleaners do a mighty fine job but the owner, Isaac, has always been most accommodating to my family's recently hectic and frequently changing schedule. The price is reasonable and it's good to know that there is someone I can trust keeping my mother's house clean.

I've been using Xpress Maids nearly monthly for the past 6 months or so and there are several pros, but couple cons as well. This is a family-owned cleaning business that services the Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo area and the main contact person Isaac is always very professional, accommodating and responds in a quick and timely fashion. From the beginning, he offered a very affordable monthly cleaning rate.
