Maryland was the first state to have an Animal Acupuncture Certification Course and I was one of the first graduates in 1998. My animal practice is located in Howard County between Columbia and Laurel. I see dog, cats, and other small animals are this office only. And of course, horses will be seen at their barn.
Acupuncture is increasingly covered by insurance. We do not process the insurance claims for you but do provide you with a receipt after each session that contains all the information that is customarily requested by insurance companies. Many patients receive some insurance reimbursement.
