I've lived here since December of 2017. Manager is great. Maintenance is great. Only issues I've had living here is some residents don't follow the rules. Be very selective of who you befriend and don't allow yourself to be caught up in the drama with certain ones. I'm not saying anyone is a bad person but there are some who breathe drama. I stayed to myself most of the time. Only reason I'm leaving is to be closer to my son. I didn't make one friend here that I will stay in contact with.

Lived here over a year now. Its an awesome place to live. Landlord is great works with you as long as you work with him. Neighbors are awesome and the common areas are kept clean and orderly. Cant say the same about individual apartments but I think thats obvious. Im one of the bad ones by the way. Just a little humor. 5 stars all around.
