The tenant portal gives you the ability to pay anywhere at any time, you can even set up recurring payments for your rent amount, or a specified amount every month. With the online maintenance request, you can submit a work-order, and track it to see if it has been seen, and when it is completed! Our tenant portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for your convenience.

We lived in this apartment for 3 years and had no problem with anything. The office staff is very helpful and professional also the maintenance staff is very quick and professional. We had no problem during this 3 years with any insects and rats. Super clean and quiet area to live. Highly recommend for new tenants.

The Pointe at Waynesville team is incredibly friendly and are genuinely caring people. Dennis helped me move all of the heaviest furniture into my apartment at no charge, and shared helpful tips for my next move. One of the best interactions since I have had since moving. I highly recommend The Pointe at Waynesville to anyone looking for an apartment in the Fort Leonard Wood area.

Been at their place for a little over a year on top of the hill and I have experienced little to no problems. Neighborhood is nice, apartments are clean and spacious on the inside and the team managing things are very quick to resolve matters. Overall some of the best renting experiences I had in my time in the military. I would go back again in a heartbeat and would recommend this over living on post.
