We service a discriminating repeat client base of more than 6,000 clients throughout the entire West Coast.
At Total Success Staffing Services we have the resources, knowledge and expertise to identify, screen and secure top level talent for a wide range of hospitality positions, such as servers, bartenders, culinary, and event management staff. We take great pride in our staff selection process and training program.
Servers and bartenders must have at least 6 months minimum experience in the catering and banquet service industry, including employment at fine dining establishments. Kitchen staff members are required to have (or be currently pursuing) a degree from a culinary arts institute, or have relevant industry experience.

Total Success is best suited for a secondary role among multiple temp employers: you have to be on top of the onboarding to make sure they accurately take down your direct deposit info, the communications and staff personalities regularly get wonky, and job descriptions are often incomplete. But, when it works out it works out: the staff are responsive and nice, there's work, and you know what you need to know to go out on assignments. Also to consider: contrary to media hype office people are less effective working from home during this pandemic ... so it may one day get better.

I am sad to inform the public that this staffing agency has poor business practices. Mailing your check, which causes an inconvenience to the employee, while they can leverage the money and use the holidays as an excuse.
Its unfortunate to have to take extra steps, like contacting U.S Department of labor, to receive money that was honestly earned.
Currently still waiting to hear from Total success itself.
In a world that makes money transfers EASY, you wonder why they still find it necessary to mail a check and won't allow you to pick it up directly form their office.
