I rented an office space from Altemose 1 year ago. The parking (which is a make/break deal for me) was grossly misrepresented (to the point when I said something to a long term tennant they were legit shocked and said parking has ALWAYS been an issue). Once they got my lease agreement they turned incredibly rude and didn't answer phone calls/emails/went on vacation without any notice and there was no one else to help with the problem. I spoke to Roger in lieu of Jennifer today. Having been in customer service so long I was legit SHOCKED with how he treated me....I get better treatment at Walmart
