This real estate agency is the worst I have ever dealt with. They try to charge you late fees when you pay on time and much earlier than the due date which is the third of each month. For example, I received a bill for $60 for the month of February late fees when the check was sent on January 20th, and they cashed it on January 24th. They charged me late fees for three other months and claim I didn't pay for May. My records show they cashed the check on May 5th. In addition, they never get anything fixed. My call and voicemail about a leaking faucet has been ignored for a few months now. Terrible
