Our Goal: To provide high quality care in a friendly, safe and engaging environment for children 6 weeks to 12 years old. Located on the west side of Rochester, Fallone's offers an educational, early childhood program licensed by New York State. Fallone's offers full day child care, before and after school care, summer camp, after hour programs and several clubs and programs that reinforce physical, emotional, cognitive and social development.
Fallone's Funtime Center is like a second home for our family. Our daughters have attended Fallone's for 3 and 1/2 years and we have been very satisfied with the standard of care, cleanliness, and loving environment provided. The preschool curriculum, knowledgeable teachers, and enrichment activities are phenomenal.

Services
Fallone's child care center offers programs for infants - preschoolers which consist of developmentally appropriate activities that meet the stages of development for all age children. There is an educational coordinator on staff who creates theme oriented activities for each classroom.
The coordinator works closely with teachers to ensure that preschoolers are ready for kindergarten and all children are developing properly according to their age.We have a fitness program coordinator that works with all children on Gross Motor Skills by setting separate gym times for tiny tots and preschoolers as well as our infants.

Fallone's infant child care program provides a safe, loving, trusting learning environment in which children are free to explore using sensory, physical, cognitive, emotional and social skills. Caregivers interacting with infants in a positive way, engaging in conversation and always making eye contact with the child.
Fallone's toddler child care program a safe, loving, trusting environment in which children are free to explore and test out their independence. Children interacting and playing with our caregivers in a positive way, feeling safe and loved in their environment. Fallone's will provide activities and space for children to strengthen their gross motor and balance skills.
Provide developmentally appropriate activities; crafts and games which challenge the children and build their self-confidence as well as help problem solve and use teamwork. Helping one another, working on projects together such as making things for hospitals, visiting nursing homes, putting on plays for parents, etc.
The C.I.T. Program is available to 13yr olds - 15yr olds. It gives early teens a chance to experience a work environment by having responsibilities, be a positive youth counselor and learn great character to teach and care for others at Fallone's and in the community. 9. Encourage children to take responsibility of cleaning classroom tables, toys, floors, chalkboards, etc.

I worked at Fallones for about 3 years in which I got to know the staff well. Turnover rates are high and for one reason-the expectations are set so high, that staff are unable to make any mistakes. It is a toxic environment where the staff are scared do anything wrong. Most teachers there were young and willing to learn yet we were managed by people the same age as us. The management was a big issue and was usually inconsistent. Parents even noticed how awful the owner was treating us at times (yikes). This place would have been so much more enjoyable if the owner stepped down to the level at

I worked here for a little over 2 months, it’s the least professional work place and staff. It’s completely unorganized and out of control with no structure. They do nothing in the office but sit there on there phones and talk about the other teachers, when you ask to use the bathroom it takes someone 3 hours to come down to break you. Every day your working in a different classroom constantly getting switched around never knowing where your gonna be. They make the schedule the night before not giving you any notice. I worked 8-5 every day i was there and than one morning got a text saying

My daughter started a little over a month ago and we could not be more pleased. She was at a different center prior to Fallones and she was miserable, and never wanted to go. In the short amount of time at Fallones she has been so happy and learned so much. They keep her so engaged and she is constantly coming home excited to show us and tell us what she learned! Fallones is an amazing childcare program and cares so deeply about the children. I am excited to watch my kids grow here!

Our 14 month old son started at Fallone's a few months ago. His teacher is very compassionate and attentive! The facility is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The prices are higher than other centers in the area but I definitely think the care is worth the extra cost! We have been very happy and would 100% recommend Fallones to anyone who is looking for daycare!

All of my kids are at Fallones and we couldn’t ask for a better childcare facility. We have been in the Infant, Toddler, 3’s, and pre-K rooms with positive experiences in each. The teachers and staff love the kids like they’re their own. They get to know and understand each individual little person and all of their quirks.
The curriculum is phenomenal. Starting at 8 weeks the children are exposed to science, math, sensory, art, music, etc. There is a massive indoor space for soccer, basketball, scooters...you name it Fallones has it. Even the dreariest of Rochester days my kids come home

My daughter has always struggled with leaving mommy and used to have such a hard time dropping off. At Fallones she’s beyond excited and talks about school all the time.! My daughter also went from refusing the bathroom, to wearing underwear everyday and staying dry all day long in ONE WEEKS TIME.! To have the director and owner address all kids… by their name and check in with her staff to see how they’re doing is HUGE. I’m so happy to be apart of the Fallones family. Fallones goes above and beyond for these kids and their staff. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else

The facility at first glance genuinely looks nice, as do the programs. The other reviews from former employees, however, do not surprise me. As a parent, I once walked in during pick up and heard the owner and a worker using profanity to bad talk another person or employee. Loudly, very vulgar. Kids were in earshot. They shut down for 3 weeks and notified parents by calling at 9pm the night before with zero explanation. So we pulled our kid. The real kicker that inspired this review? When we received his bottles back after removing him, the inside parts had black mold growing. They never took the

Miss B. and Fallones has been an instrumental force in shaping and molding my daughter Savannah Perez. She enjoyed the safe and healthy environment while being exposed to fun activities that she still talks about. Savannah enjoyed Fallones so much as a child and early teen, she went back to work as a counselor and teacher when she was 16. Thanks Miss B and the Fallones staff for being like family! My little one has been attending since she was 3 months old and we have loved the teachers and everyone at Fallone's. She is so loved by everyone there and I feel confident that she is in good hands while I'm at work. I have so missed bringing her during the closure, but I look forward to bringing her back in a couple of weeks!

Love this daycare! They really genuinely care about the kids! I get greeted every time I drop off and pick up my children! I have three children that attend this daycare , and we've been with them for years! They go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met and that we're satisfied. They plan fun special weeks and spirit days , field trips, and fun little parties for holidays . I definitely would recommend this daycare to other parents!

I have worked at Fallone's Funtime Center for 6 months. I have enjoyed learning how I can have a positive impact in the lives of the children that are in my care. The staff is extremely helpful and willing to train me so that I can give all the children the care they so deserve.
