Checked out Hawthorne just recently for an apartment. I met with Patrick for my tour, he was informative and knowledgeable about Hawthorne and the neighborhood. When we toured the building, we bumped in to two of the maintenance workers, both of which were super pleasant and greeted me and my significant other warmly. It was overall a great visit and I thank the management team for taking the time to show me around.

My Fiancé and I relocated from South Florida to Long Island on December 2017. It's not easy finding in-room laundry, garage parking, and spacious units in New York and The Hawthorne Apartments had them all! The surrounding area is safe and there are lots of restaurants in walking distance. There are parks in all directions which are quiet and peaceful. Public transportation is also close by.
The common areas come equipped with a pool table, gym and BBQ in the center of the building. The outdoor space is great for sunbathing and entertaining. I rarely see these areas in use and we can enjoy them

I lived here for 2 years and would recommend this building to anyone! The property manager and staff-Patrick, Keith, and Adrian really make you feel like you are home with family. They were the best part of my living experience. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed immediately. You are not just a tenet, but really part of a small community.The building is quiet and neighbors friendly.
