The Allure Mineola

Hello..... We have lived at The Allure of Mineola For over 5 years and and can honestly say it is one of the most beautifully maintained homes we have ever lived in. The staff are all incredible to live with and always have smiles on their faces.
Having lived in the Garden City area for over 40 years, and now in Mineola for the past 5 years, I can honestly say this Home and the staff have all been wonderful !
The Maintenance Staff and the Leasing team are respectful and courteous. In addition, all of the maintenance requests are done in a timely manner... The irony is there are very few problems

Really can't say enough good things about the building, management and staff. We love our apartment and have been so impressed by the responsiveness of management to various concerns. Renewing our lease happily!

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience living in the allure. I just moved into my second apartment. The staff is amazing. Very clean environment. I love the whole vibe!!

This is an amazing place to live and management is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this building!

Move in date Feb 19. So far so good. We love Foula who works in the office. She makes living there easy!! We moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom in Dec and we LOVE IT. Everything is modern and new. The building is also very clean. They hold you packages for you and even let you know when you have one. Dry cleaning picks up and drops off on Weds and Fridays. I honestly feel like I live in a hotel. They fix everything for you (even if a light bulb goes out). Everyone in building is friendly. Thanks Allure!

I enjoyed my time at The Allure. The location is great and near many local favorites. The leasing staff is very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Their is ample parking for the tenants, the pet owners are very mindful of their pets and the neighbors are pleasant. Living in the complex I felt very safe and secure. I normally worked directly with Foula, who is amazing. By the way, this is not a fake review. Please consider this property as your next home.

Very, very disappointed. Only two days and already a bunch of problems here. Was told that the so-called noise from cars passing outside would be minimal, but it really is *LOUD*!!! Last night, even though I am hearing impaired, I can hear the engines going by all the time. There was a dog barking and howling until 3:45 a.m. I just emailed their office to complain. Caulking in my shower is peeling off and the tiles in the shower have yellow stained lining all over. I really want to leave already!!! Should have read all of the reviews here and on Yelp. I have lives at The Allure for 3 years and I am so happy here. The Management Team are all excellent- they make it feel like home.I am very happy with all the services, events and all around community at The Allure. The dog run is incredible - we are very happy and feel like we are in a special community!

Very family oriented with a great community at The Allure Mineola. I appreciate the sense of urgency from management on anything I may need. The management and staff are extremely professional and friendly and create a strong sense of community. I also enjoy the social events hosted by The Allure.

Could not love this building more! It feels like you're living in a luxury hotel, with everything you need at your fingertips. I love hosting my family and friends- they are always so impressed with the apartment itself and all of the amenities. Management and maintenance are the most professional, friendly, helpful people you could ask for- they really make us, and our puppy, feel at home every day.

Home since 3 yrs. one of the best places to live, amazing community, staff and service!
Very convenient access to mall, train and bus transit.

This place is trash- save yourself the huge amount of money and headache. We just came in from our (had to be) tenth false fire alarm this year at 530am this morning, standing outside for 40 min in the cold, all because this building is built like a piece of crap. It’s all false advertising- the walls are cracking, you hear every move your… neighbors make (or the train, or the cars/trucks on Old Country Rd), the elevators sound like you’re in an old building (thankfully they’ve been actually working lately) and people park in the garage without paying (our apartment pays

So glad we got out of this place when we did. We rented here for about a year and a half. I would say the first 6 months were pretty good, despite the constant noise from the flag pole thrashing against the building. We were in a corner apartment facing old country road. Danielle rented us the apartment and things ran pretty smoothly when it was the Modera. We picked this place because it was dog friendly.

Once again (20 false alarms in 3 years) tenants were woken up from sleep last night with the ear piercing alarms. It happens so often that the mineola FD took 10 minutes to arrive this time and many tenants cover the apt alarms with tape and remain in their apartment. There would be hundreds of negative reviews (I've read them all) but bozzutos manager cancels yelp and reopens so they get deleted. What does that tell you. The building can’t seem to fix its fire alarm system. It has gone off 4-5 times this month alone, 3 times in the middle of the night. The alarm is deafening.

The Allure is just what we were looking for. A two bedroom apartment close to where we raised our family. Very modern and spacious for an apartment. Can’t say enough about the Staff. They are very kind, courteous and go out of their way for residents

I like the sizes of the apartments. Big rooms, well thought out. The kitchen area is modern and functional. More than enough power outlets everywhere. And I like the fact that there is plenty of closet space. I really love how convenient the location is. So easy to get to the city by train. Within walking distance to all the great restaurants in Garden City too. And Roosevelt Field and Stop N Shop for shopping are just down the road. It's pretty perfect. #Bozzutorad

This is a great place to live. The people are friendly and the staff is courteous. The reason I did not give it five stars is that the business center keeps running out of paper and at least one of the computers do not work. One other thing, if you are thinking of renting here do not pay for parking. I pay and I see at least 5-6 cars parked in the… resident area without a sticker. They threaten to tow but keep seeing cars parked there without a sticker. I pay for parking and I do not think it is fair. Otherwise, the apartments are great and the amenities are hotel like.

My husband and I are physicians - we work long hours at a local hospital - the last thing we needed was to come home to a clogged toilet . This went on for 2 months only to have the super of the building and worse the property manager-Danielle Crane - tell us that We clog the toilet !! That's right we have nothing better to do with our time than to… clog our toilet ! The truth is the building is poorly constructed - our walls shake because of apartment is near the "mechanical room" the toilet clogs because it's poor quality ( we had to pay extra after 2 months of no functioning toilet to

I just found out that parking is extra. I am so shocked, with the price a person pays to live here and how luxurious they seem to be you would think basic parking would be included. Now, I will have to see where I can park my car for the next 3 1/2 months. Still excited to live here, but sad about this aspect.
