I was working the whole process with Adam Cox and team. Adam is very proactive and has customer focus oriented. He always respond to my inquiries within 24 hours and had the answers and solutions. He was also effectively advocating for me to get some of fees waived or even late fee coverage. I could not thank you enough to his best in class of service that he provided to me and my family. I highly recommended him!! Finally, the prime choice funding loan process is pretty straight forward as long as you have the required document ready for them. The approval process may take longer which is understandable

I started my refi 9/11/2020 with PRIME CHOICE FUNDING, here I am 3/8/2021 still waiting. I have been told it's being funded today....for 6 months. I have been in contact with Mark Snow a Sr. Loan Officer that stated it would take SIX weeks, here I am at SIX MONTHS from the first day when he told me his company could do my refi, once he handed my… paperwork off I could not find him again. Could not get an email nor a phone call back. I was being helped by Audrey Segars a processor most of the time. Mark Snow was no where to be found 90% of the time. Kristina Bruno got us a great rate and was easy to work with, kind and responsive. Amy Thi in processing was amazing. They both answered all our questions quickly and I think went above and beyond. Underwriting was a bit of a pain regarding their numerous redundant requests. It did take longer than I thought it would but we were told in the beginning about that. I would recommend highly.
