Our US immigration lawyers in Brussels represent clients in Belgium and Europe, while our office in London manages clients throughout the UK and Ireland.
Due to the rapid evolution of US Immigration law, Barella Global stays up-to-date on the latest visa and immigration developments. We can help you achieve your immigration goal. Some clients may only require a consultation, while others need assistance with everything from creating a US entity to sourcing a US work visa for an employee.
The L1 intracompany transfer visa enables a foreign company to send an employee to work at its affiliated company in the United States, or to send an employee to the US for the purpose of establishing an affiliated US entity i.e. The foreign company and the US company must have a qualifying relationship (i.e. subsidiary, affiliate, branch, parent company, etc.);.
The H-1B work visa is a nonimmigrant visa. The visa permits a US company to temporarily sponsor a foreign national for work in the United States. Once the petition is approved and the visa has been granted, the foreign national may live in the US and work for the sponsoring company pursuant to the terms of their visa.
