Like many my age, I grew up watching Perry Mason on television. He was a lawyer who always won the case at the very end of the show with a "surprise" witness. From that show's inspiration, we'd often have a trial in my house after dinners. Dad was always the judge and my sister was usually my witness.

Avoid. My experience was not good and in my opinion they thought because I was Latino I was not going to ask questions. As a first timer having to get an attorney due to a car crash they were not patient and was treated rudely when I inquired about my case. Mr. Samakow did an excellent job for me after my auto accident. He was able to arrange physical therapy and medical care that did not cost me anything out of pocket. Furthermore, once Mr. Samakow got involved, the change in the way the other person's insurance company treated me was palpable. Overall, I was compensated at a far higher level than if I had never called Mr. Samakow. Finally, he answered the phone every time I called, even on weekends. I recommend Mr. Samakow wholeheartedly.

The reason I got an attorney for my accident case is because I was pregnant. I heard about Mr. Samakow's office by a fried who used him, he is very detailed and his staff was very helpful. It's great that he works with the community and his staff is very knowledgeable. I received all the attention I expected, I liked the way my case was handled and the result was excellent. Also, Mr. Samakow personally answered my calls after hours. His assistant, Edgar, could not have been better.
