Marco, the owner of Collision Craftsmen, began working on cars in his father's auto body shop when he was a young boy. When Marco was just 12 years old he could paint a car, and by age 16 he was capable of repairing a collision-damaged vehicle from start to finish. Talk about a lifetime of experience!
No, but we are open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday-Friday - or we can schedule after hour times by appointment only. A car is a total loss only when the price of repairs exceeds the insurance company's determined value of your vehicle. Nowadays, most cars are built using unibody (frame and body as one) construction.

I use Collision Craftsmen for all of my. My husband made the mistake of using someone else and learned his lesson. Every vehicle they've ever worked on is a 10 when I get it back! They are quick and great at what they do! Best place to take any vehicle to be fixed! Pam who works the front is awesome! She's always on top of things and keeps you informed. Would highly recommend this shop!

My husband was t-boned and the driver side of his 2019 Dodge Ram was pretty bad. Pam at Craftsman Collision helped get the truck towed to their location and she made accommodations for us to get a rental car. Great customer service!!!
The body and paint team also did an excellent job! Sean sent regular text messages on the progress. We had the truck back within a few weeks. I highly recommend.

I had a few small dents that required repairing and paint work before turning in my lease. I shopped around 3 other shops before coming to Collision Craftsmen. They easily came in about $200 less than anywhere else, which was great considering I was paying out of pocket. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and it was ready by Wednesday afternoon. The car was immaculate and sanitized when I picked it up. Super fast, friendly and quality work. They even touched up a few scratches on the car without charging me anything more. I was referred here by my family whose in the auto glass industry. I was not disappointed one bit. They fixed my sons car and restored it back to new. They did it in a timely and professional manner.

Unfortunately i was in an accident and i had the basic PLPD insurance on my vehicle. There was quite of bit of damage to my front end including the deployment of my air bags and the locking of my seat belts. There is only one car in my home and im currently pay check to paycheck. I needed an auto repair shop that could give me the lowest price and repairment as fast as possible. One of the best places we have ever used! They treated me like family, called every week, answered questions and gave me a box of chocolates when I picked up my car for Christmas. WARNING! Do not use this establishment. I brought my Camaro in for some front end and side panel work. They were pleasant people, however the workmanship was very poor. The paint work was wavy, paint began to flake 1 year later, and the Front Bumper cover began coming unfastened. When confronted, they gave excuses to why it wasn't their fault and would not honor warranty. Stay away!
