I came into the shop asked if I could get a estimate for my car the guy looked at me like we don't do estimates the insurance company does that he said we don't do estimates or we don't to rust I'm like well I need a part we're the rust is an I'm like so u can't get anything done here he's like no. I'm like wow 😳😲 this is a collision 💥 shop my car got hit an I need service . So what do u do there at the collision shop

I took my 2017 Ford Escape in for minor scratch/dent work. They have gone up an beyond my expectations on the quality of work I have received. Debbie was a blessing helping with the warranty company and I am truly grateful for her. Dave is the man! He did an excellent, outstanding job repairing my car. Not sure if the owner woke up on the wrong side of the bed or what. But upon entering the building and describing the issue with my truck the owner quickly expressed disinterest. And qouted me an astronomical price, just for adjusting front end frame slightly to the right and slapping on SOME front end components.

Cannot stress enough how happy I am with the work here. Michael helped me through the whole process and the car was done on time. The repairs are top notch, and while there were two issues to sort out, Michael had a very can-do attitude about it and got it taken care of. Hopefully I don’t have to come back here due to an accident, but I do highly recommend this place.

This guy is so dishonest when does horrible work I I told my Insurance Company do not deal with Jim's Collision!!!! They rip people off I wish I could post pictures of the Shady workmanship take picturespictures of before they work on it then see if everything match's up after and have your Insurance Company come out and inspect it with you when u pick your car up & they saying its done
