Formally known as Bravo Soup & Sandwich Shoppe of Elk Grove, CA (2013-2018) we re-invented our restaurant brick and mortar to include a mobile BBQ trailer/kitchen for traveling to events. Welcome to 2021.drum roll please. RANCHO RIO BRAVO CATERING CO is our break-out BBQ and Event/Catering style cooking endeavor.
While we loved our restaurant journey, it was evident that we enjoyed catering and festivals so much more. Some notable moments took place during our time at Bravos in Elk Grove.we won several awards. We served the community with grace and style and shared with our staff the job of giving through food and donations.

Services
We offer traditional American Cuisine and Open Pit Slow Smoked Texas Style BBQ. Our menu covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and can range from casual to wedding cuisine. While BBQ is our feature, we can also create flavor profiles without BBQ, such as Lemon Caper Chicken, Roast Beef Au Jus, or Prime Rib.
