Dr. Darnell and our team pride ourselves on providing a family-friendly and comfortable environment to our patients. The son of a medical doctor and a high school teacher, Dan Darnell grew up in Birmingham, Alabama.
Dr. Darnell offers many services and procedures to meet your dental needs. Depending on your situation, we will work with you to determine the best treatment plan and procedures for your teeth and your budget. Here is a list of a few of the procedures that we offer. We offer restorative dentistry that can help to save the overall health, function and appearance of your teeth and gums. I am the same person who posted the other negative review months ago.
Since then, Dr Darnell and his staff have done everything they can to correct the situation. I was in a lot of pain and very frustrated when I wrote the last review and may have been a little unfair in my judgement.
All said and done I would now say that I am happy with my teeth and smile and thankful to Dr. Darnell and his staff for all they've done. I would recommend them if you need work done.
At the very least, I owe them an apology. I wish I could remove my previous review, but after several attempts I can not get it

I had an excellent visit with Dr. Dan Darnell,my dentist, recently. I just cannot sing enough praises about Dr. Darnell and his staff. Cindi, Deb, Paula, and Vanessa over the years that I have been a patient at his practice. Everyone is friendly, prompt and professional.
Dr. Darnell is honest and will let you know what is going on and what needs to be done.
Many people dread visits to their Dentist but I can honestly say since I have been a patient of Dr. Darnell it is a pleasant experience and I always leave with a big smile and a good feeling.

Recently I sent a patient there and paid for all dental service he received there.Chris wrote in a review that he had already paid for when I paid for all on Chris Torrisi.He also received a root canal for which Dr Dan Darnell arranged at no cost to him.

I have been seeing Doc Dan since I was a child! I have always had the BEST experience here! There very up front about what procedures they will be doing and how much money, and they are very fair! The staff remembers me by name ☺️ It’s always felt like family. So thankful for a wonderful place to have all my dental needs met!!

Good Luck seeing Dr Darnell.
You can't get past Cindy (His Wife) or Debra to get in to see him. It's all about money for Cindy. If you don't have insurance you won't get in.
I guess they don't accept cash.
Cindy won't come to the phone and just tells the staff to put you on a call back list that doesn't exist.
They won't make an appointment even if it's not anytime soon.
Even after Dr Darnell told me personally to call for an appointment at a Christmas Party. Still wasn't able to get in. Have tried for years.
