They offer a full range of services. They have some really great people working there, and like any other business, not so great people. Overall they help save lives, they are committed to addiction treatment, and work hard.

Worked there for months and walked off
Constant exposure to second hand smoke inside from patients.
Administration and management who simply may as well not exist.
Patients who need daily meds such as diabetic or blood pressure meds will be ignored by medical staff and denied meds for days out of pure spite and laziness.
The only problem i have EVER seen them fix and in an extremely timely manner is when the patience ability to pay comes into question such as an insurance problem. That will result in an instant visit by billing to said patient to straighten out problems.
constant drug use

I have a loved on that is currently in ACC and they make it extremely difficult to get ahold of our loved ones.my significant other had a seizure in their waiting room and I have yet to hear any progress or how he's doing. I think they should have called and given me an update on his health/mental health instead of nothing. They need to be in communication better with families. I feel like they are with holding information about our situation and our loves one that is currently at ACC in the Clifton Springs facility.

I sent money to my boyfriend. He never got it before he was transferred to another facility. I call them asking where the money is. And no one returns my calls. I would never recommend this place at all Obviously someone opened up the letter and kept the money. Must be they needed the $60 more then I need it :-(

Very unprofessional, unsanitary...not a place I would recommend. Workers are not very intelligent, assume you are dependent on a substance and require treatment so they can get their money and allow them to justify their jobs. However, isn't every affiliation backed by the state fall under the same review. If you believe you have a problem and need care, I recommend going through a church, or a more private facility.
