This is one of the worst places I've ever had the displeasure of doing buisness with. The service techs are extremely rude. They sold me a brand new frontier with doors that won't unlock themselves, abs malfunctioning, chipped paint on the tailgate, and to beat it all they are telling me there is nothing they can do about it. I thought since I was getting something I knew I would be upside down in they would at least pretend to care about me. On a side note they wouldn't come off of a small bottle of touch up paint for the deffect in the paintjob

Came in to get my brakes checked. During my visit the service technician discovered that my battery was weak and a couple of other small issues that needed attention.
I had noticed that the battery seemed weak during the cold weather so I was very happy when they checked the battery during my visit.
The Oak Ridge Nissan Service Department has treated me with nothing but respect each time that I have been there. I appreciate them being courteous and helpful.

Tyler Rhodes at Oak Ridge Nissan made the car buy process super easy. He was not pushing to make a sale but wanted to help us find something that we would enjoy driving. He let my wife and I take an extended test drive to make sure that the vehicle fit our lifestyle before we signed anything. We ended up buying a new Kicks and it is a great car. Would highly recommend to anyone.

As always, it was terrific. I understand you've had less than pleasant response about the car wash. I've always appreciated it a lot. I don't mind waiting. In fact this was the best wash ever and they cleaned the inside windows. Fantastic. The Rogue is a fantastic car but I wouldn't have bought in OR if they didn't have such a great service dept. Thank you.

We can not express how good of a job the the at Oak Ridge Nissan did in selling us a new 2021 Nissan Frontier. We drove through the lot a couple of days before walking in to speak to someone and BRENT one of the sells team came to speak with us. He could tell we were just passing through and was good enough to give us his cards incase we had any questions. He made it clear that he would not pressure yes and to try to look at a car out there in there and that he would give us plenty of space to look around. Two days later, we went to the store to make sure we could find BRENT, he met us at the front

I bought a vehicle from this dealership in the past and although I thought the salesman had a terrible attitude, it all worked out and I was happy.  However, I was very disappointed this time. I came to Oak Ridge Nissan because I recieved a Christmas in July email from their internet salesperson.  I had heard used car prices had gone up and dealers were paying more for them.  What really piqued my interest was the statement that said they were giving 8k over blue book value.   I used the blue book evaluation tool on their website and it quoted between 12k and 15k.  So with that known I

Great group of people here, was greeted and helped immediately before I even fully stepped out of my car. I felt very relaxed and at ease working with my man Jose, he was friendly and answered every question I had with accuracy and honesty. They were transparent and fair with every step and very patient. It was the first new car I ever bought and I wasn't fully prepared, but we got everything sorted out and done in no time. The man I spoke with in the finance office, Josh, was also friendly and clear with everything I was signing up for. I'm happy with my new 2021 Sentra and would recommend this

My wife bought a Nissan Murano last year. When we purchased it, there were several small pock marks on the hood which the salesman promised to repair the hood. The repair was to order her a bottle of paint to repair it ourselves. Two months later, the touch up paint arrived. However, the paint did not match leaving black dots all over the hood.

After some communication, the sales manager agreed to repaint the hood. What was promised before and told afterward was that the entire hood was removed and repainted. The reality is that the hood never left the car. There was tape residue left behind

I bought my first car here in December 2018 and totaled it in December 2019. I even bought my new car here in March 2020. The 2019 car was suppose to be paid off by Oak Ridge Nissan when I sent them the letter from gap on March 18, 2020. It is now May and I get a call from a collections company saying my car was never paid off and now it's on my credit and I'm collections. I try to go to Oak Ridge Nissan on Saturday to get this fixed and was told to come back Monday. I returned on Monday to sit in the lobby for over 45 minutes because no one was available to help me. We loved our leased Rogue and we were very happy with that whole lease experience but, we had the worst experience we have ever had as we sought and bought a car. They met us at our car and never gave us a chance to even think and kept us for over three hours until we were worn down and starving and exhausted. We could not be more disappointed in a place who has the potential to be an asset to their community or in us for allowing ourselves to trust that these people were interested in good faith and fair trade. Never again will we buy a car there and we will never stop spreading the word to hopefully

I stopped by and was pleased with my experience. Chris Blaise was a great help and found the perfect car for me. Got me a good deal too. He was even going to put some gas in it, but forgot and when I got to a Shell station after purchasing the car he pulled up behind me. He followed after me from the car lot and was going to get me gas even after I had already left the car lot. Sure he is a salesman and that is a good sales tool but it really says a lot about their character. 5/5

This place truly cares about their customers. The service I recently received when buying my most recent Nissan was second to none. These guys worked so hard to help me get the best deal possible. They are all super nice and very personable. If you looking for a new Nissan you have to go here. Oh, make sure you ask for Al Middlebrook. Not only is the sales staff great but the service department is great as well. They will talk with you and let you know what the suggested services are that's needed for your vehicle. If you choose to wait, they will not harass you. The people hear for the owner

Look on their website and choose the car you want beforehand or a couple of choices. Next, print off the internet ad/price and take it with you. This way you can negotiate down from the internet price and get a great deal. Make a list of the things that would definitely make you purchase a vehicle, such as a backup camera, navigation system or window tint. Good luck! Know what you want before you go.

This is the best car buying experience I ever experienced. My salesman Shannon was courteous and professional and treated us like family. Only took 15 min and agreed on price. (Beat the other Knoxville Nissan dealers by over $500 also). Bill was great in Finance and gave us an orientation of the Dealership. Introduced us to everyone and also threw in a huge Bucket with cleaning supplies and wax, wash, etc,... Highly recommend this Nissan Store. A cut above the rest.
