First of all, I would like to say that I was very happy in the end with Nick, Wes & Mike. These guys did the labor intensive work and the product turned out beautifully. Now for the reason for the low score. Jeff (co-owner) is the salesperson and very personable. Jeff did all the measurements to quote the job for the work that needed to be done and once I decided to give them the job, he and Delaina (designer) came out to go over all the details. Delaina asked if I ordered my stone that I wanted for my fireplace and she informed me that they could get it for me with their discounts. I

Mike Stevens came our last Saturday to perform a small project on my 2-story window, hanging rods/drapes/wall decors. He was prompt, pleasant to work with, payed extreme attention to detail and performed a fantastic job on the project! You can tell that he had passion at what he was doing, he even spent extra time at completing the task without worrying about rushing or extending the contracted hours. He repeatedly went up the 19 foot ceiling to perfect the installation of the wall decors no matter how challenging, just to ensure that everything was perfect! I think we found our forever handyman

THANK YOU! I have to say this group is the only people I will be using from now on. I had a small bathroom project that was really important to me and Jerry, Jeff and Mike took such good care of it. Mike went above and beyond to get my job done on time and on budget and let me tell you that was no small task. It was one issue after the other but he stayed with it and with me to get it done for my daughters birthday. Thank you all so much!
