Cabinets and the blueprints are great. The material used could be better. Definitely not a dream job. No benefits, no 401k, and if you do not speak Spanish good luck on your training because I didn't understand. I had to learn almost all my mistakes through failure (which they didn't like). They're strict with quality but will let some things slide. I'm concerned that some people may not be US Citizens here. Company could possibly be taking advantage of them with cheap labor.
