At Companion Care Services, our drive to help people comes from deep-rooted experience. All of us here worked in some form of the health care industry - payroll, data entry, customer service - but felt like we weren't doing enough. As a company, we decided to go a different route; changing our focus to provide the type of hands-on care that would make a real difference to those in need in the San Francisco Bay area.
Below are some groups and organizations that may help you in the decision-making process in regards to your in-home care solution. We also know that in some cases, your loved ones will need arrangements made for additional resources outside of our in-home care services. We are happy to provide referrals from household maintenance to arranging an in-home dentist.

Through our contacts at leading schools, participation in job fairs and leading job search sites, we have access to a large pool of applicants. Our screening process includes a background check and full verification of the qualifications of the applicant. We make sure that all our caregivers have at least one year of experience, and also account for the varying experience levels/qualifications our caregivers have.
