I believe that Massage Therapy should be accessible, comfortable and effective. My job is to support every individual client by creating a personalized, comprehensive experience that is productive, tailored and safe. I work with individuals who suffer from symptoms of chronic pain and stress, including: insomnia, fatigue, migraines and limited range of motion.
My clients often need help alleviating acute and chronic pain resulting from overuse, injury, poor posture, fibromyalgia and arthritis. I combine gentle, clinical deep tissue techniques with intentional, nurturing touch that rejuvenates the nervous system, alleviates pain and heals dysfunction in the soft tissue.

Jean provides a relaxing experience! From the therapeutic scent of the oils to the calm ambiance of her private space, I felt well cared for.
