American Towing Service is a family owned and operated towing, transportation, and recovery company which first opened its doors in 1968. Under the leadership of its late founder Rudy, and now his children, American Towing Service has successfully navigated the transition from being a one truck "local" company to a highly regarded, multi-truck company.
At American Towing Service, safety is our main goal; safety for you in the event of an untimely accident as well as for your equipment when same is being transported. Our drivers take comprehensive safety courses and are all drug tested under the Florida DOT Program. There is no job too small or too big for American Towing Service.

Horrible communication and horrible customer service we did in our vehicle need to be picked up by a certain time they never called me to even let me know that they were no longer going to come and pick up the vehicle I had to call them to find out that they canceled my toe because they went to a different call do not use them and if you use boat US tell Boat US not to use them also

Dispatcher was rude the entire time. No customer service skills. She shared with me that her name was Marlene. Hope none of you have to put up with her. It took so much for me to keep my cool during this exchange. Hopefully the company gives her some training on how to deal with clients... after all, she is in customer service... I would not recommend this company. Imagine dealing with this sort of attitude in the middle of an emergency.
