This place is very disorganized and discriminatory. Voucher holders in RI are suppose to be afforded the same rights as everyone else. For Pete's sake this is a low income tax credit property. My spouse attempted to get an application for a 3 bedroom unit. Instead the office personnel stated that the housing voucher doesn't cover the cost of the rent. By law the rent must fall within the fair market value for the area. In other words that previous statement was a lie! Furthermore the person that he spoke with made every excuse not to give him an application. I'm a military veteran

Lived here for about 3 years and it was a consistent nightmare. The units are gorgeous and updated but my quality of life living in this building was absolutely terrible. The walls are paper thin, A LOT of domestic issues occur during all times of the day/night and there is a disgusting amount of dog feces around the property. I broke my lease early after finding a used needle in the stairwell of my floor.

My wife and I broke our lease early due to this unprofessional management and property. Pipes leaked and took them 2 months just to fix them. I had no heat for almost 2 weeks and they told me to be patient while the property maintenance “made time for me.” On top of that, they fixed it and it still didn’t work then told me it would be fixed that week, never got fixed. We have parking passes for the property yet someone decided to slip a piece of paper into both of our cars telling us we can’t park there or “you will be towed, we are serious.” Really?! For the money we paid to live there

I love the location, close to shopping and other amusements.
And I love the wood/industrial look of these apartments. Even though smoking is restricted, it isn't enforced. The smoke easily flows through walls enough to make clothes and furniture smell! Very uncomfortable for a nonsmoker.
Parcel deliveries are risky because the office will not take them and if the package is left at your door it will be stolen. Fed Ex and UPS are not close. The post office is not too far.
Pets are allowed and pretty well behaved.

We have lived here since it opened yes it has some problems every place does but the staff that is here is doing a great job and it shows they have parties for the kids and for the adults around the holidays and in the summer. You are told and given paper work telling you about no smoking and towing in snow over 2 inches but some people don't think it applies to them.Out side of that this place and the staff are doing a great job.That is all in the handbook you are given but people don.t read them

I have lived here for more than 4 years there is a constant revolving door on the office staff who are very unreliable and make up new polices and rules without enforcing the old ones..it's no smoking but people are still smoking! maintenance is the only plus...they are fast and effectiveness had an issue with any of the maintenance crew..you do get strong smells of cooking but hey your living in an apartment complex it's too be expected...
