I’ve been a resident at Commonwealth Landing for close to three years. I have to admit, I would’ve moved out over a year ago had it not been for the amazing staff at this location. From the first day I arrived Shannon and Margaret showed me around the property and were very welcoming. Joe and Tony have also made it a point to address any concerns I may have had during my stay. If I could, I would buy the apartment I’m in now. This place is a gem, and it’s run by amazing people. #HighlyRecommend

Deciding to move out of the City of Boston, I was looking for a lifestyle change, and much needed peace and quiet. I immediately fell in love with the beauty and architecture of Commonwealth Landing. When I met with the Management team, I knew it was a perfect fit. Margaret, Shannon, Joe & Tony are always available & truly enjoy their jobs. They have also done an excellent job in dealing with any Covid related issues within our community by putting up informational memos & keeping all residents informed via email. I have been living here for almost three years. Other residents are very friendly

My husband and I are so very happy to be living here at Commonwealth Landing! We've been here since the property opened in 2017 and have enjoyed every minute of it! Margaret, Shannon, Joe and the Hallkeen management staff and maintenance have been wonderful, addressing any concerns and maintenance issues swiftly. The grounds are kept beautifully and the property is super clean! We're proud to entertain family and friends here and delighted to call Commonwealth Landing our home!
