Unless Meet and Greet service or an alternative meeting point is requested, our chauffeurs will meet you at the curbside outside the arrival area (limousine island for SFO international terminal). For SFO domestic pick-up, we recommend using the less-conjested departure area as the meeting point. Cancellation of any vehicle type less than 2 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time will result in 50% charge of the base fare.

The Aegis Limo team is top notch! Reliable, safe, polite, clean - we only travel to and from the airport with Aegis Limo. They are so easy to communicate with and always arrive on time/slightly early. They have very clean SUVs, extremely nice and courteous drivers, and we are able to request baby and toddler car seats. You wont be disappointed, it is a seamless and dependable experience - highly recommend!

These guys are the best. I've used them for years, they are always on time, reliable, and courteous. They are particularly great if you have kids who need car seats. They always have the right car seat setup based on what you request (I've had so many bad experiences with other services who can't get car seats right). I highly recommend Aegis Limo!

It is with great pleasure to be able to write a most positive review for Aegis Limousine Service. We travel to California often and Aegis is only service I would use! Ray had been consistently, without exception, on time, easily accessible when airline delays occur, polite, attentive and so helpful! My daughter referred Ray to us several years ago and she and her family use him as frequent as needed. Aegis Limo is great. I was using services of this company for last 3-4 years to get from and to the airport (SFO). Everything was very smooth. Always on time, alway courteous. The car is super clean and what is so critical for me, there are car seats for my kids. Highly recommend it (especially for families with kids).

This personal driving service helped me get from SFO to the east bay late at night. Ray, the driver, contacted me the day before my flight and kept track of my arrival throughout the day. He was so polite and helpful. Found me at the door with no problem. He even contacted my daughter (who hired him) when I got in the car. Good driver, comfortable and clean car. Even if you don't need a driving service, do it for your mother!

This is hands down the best car service for those traveling with children. Ray from Aegis has taken us to/from the airport on several trips now. Whether it's an infant car seat or a toddler seat, it is always clean and correctly installed (you'll be amazed by how many car services get this wrong). Ray is extremely professional and very friendly. The ride is always on time and comfortable. Traveling with littles ones can be stressful, but not with Ray and his excellent service.

What a fabulous service! We have been using Aegis Limo several times now for airport drop offs and pick ups and the service always has been flawless! We have 2 and 1 year old kids and the limo provided car seats correctly installed rear or front facing depending on the age. Aegis Limo has been on time, accommodating and extremely friendly. No matter if we needed a spacious car at 6am or 10pm I knew I could rely on this company. Highly recommend!

Amazing service and worth every penny! Especially if you are traveling with any children! They bring the car seat to you (so no going through the airport with it) Always on time too! Our flight was delayed the day before thanksgiving and they even managed to accommodate us at a later time. After long trips of traveling with a toddler they meet you right at the curb. We've started using them for every trip! Excellent service!! Ray is our guy!

Fast, professional, and reliable, Aegis is our go to when we're traveling to/and from the airport with a baby. They're always on time and easy to book with. For parents with young children, they provide a variety of car seats (just make sure to note what type you need during booking).

Excellent service for me with my 8 month old baby. I was picked up as agreed, actually 45 minutes early as i arrived ahead of time which was very helpful.
My driver was friendly, very helpful and loaded and unloaded all of my bags (pram and crib) with care and consideration.
I did specify that my baby wouldn't fit into an infant capsule when booking, but an infant capsule was all that was available in the car. Luckily he just fitted and wasn't over the weight limit. Hence the 4 stars, I would book a toddler seat if I need to use them again.

Could not recommend Aegis and Ray Wu more highly. Like many other reviewers, I was looking for a car service that could pick up my family (including a 3.5 y/o toddler). After calling to confirm the reasonable rate from the Peninsula to downtown SF, Ray asked me to fill out a simple form online to make sure he had all the information he needed. I liked that he quoted an all-in price that included gratuity and any additional fees so there were no surprises.
