Viatas handled our group's outing to Wrigley Field in a 28 passenger bus on 8.21.2021. Our driver, Akosua, was extremely skilled in negotiating the heavy traffic on both the expressways and side streets of Chicago. We would recommend both her and the company for transportation needs.

Just wanted to mention how disappointed we were in our service with Viatas this trip.
The driver provided no help whatsoever at the front door retrieving our luggage, instead he stood waiting at the car.
He was obviously a smoker, and he smokes in his car. When I got in the car after freshly showering, the smoke was gagging and I was sure I smelled like smoke throughout my days' travels because of it.
We used to get a bottle of water each in the backseat when we traveled via limo, sometimes candies. There was nothing like that provided.
15% gratuity was automatically applied to the bill

My husband and I have used Viatas for over 20 years which goes back to when they were Arl. Hts. Limo. They are always on time and I don't have to worry about IF they will show up. Their rates are not that far off either. I tried Uber and was nervous the whole time, as they were late and I had a plane to catch.

I have been using viatas for over 15 years. I recently tried uber black just to see what all the fuss was about. I will never use uber black again and will never stray from viatas. I have had nothing but great experiences with them....not once. Thank you to all the drivers that I've had the pleasure of riding with.

This company is terrible with regard to customer service and loyalty. I have been a customer since 2009 or quite likely longer (a 2009 email confirmation is the oldest one I was able to locate). I have booked probably 30 rides or more in that period. Yesterday I booked a limo to Ohare and had them meet me at a car dealership where I was dropping my car for service. I was 15 minutes late due to unexpected traffic. I called as a courtesy to alert them and was told there would be a surcharge for the wait time. I complained but when the receipt came the surcharge of $20 had been added. This

I've been using Viatas on and off for the past 25 years. They have merged multiple limo services together like Arlington limo which I also used to use back in the late 90s. Recently, last year or so they have made significant changes in the quality of the cars and the drivers are very professional. The texting service is also a nice addition. I use them a lot, so sure there are some off days, but overall I'd recommend them to anyone.

Viatas is my employer's preferred Vendor and they try hard to keep it that way it seems (I'm just a low level user so I have no idea about the relationship, only that the customer service I receive is excellent).

I was a customer of Viatas for over 20 years as a frequent buisness traveler. As of today I will no longer use Viatas, based on there nickel and diming that has taken place over the past couple of years. First it was the new policy that if you have a Golf bag you can no longer share a ride. Now they no longer offerer shared rides past Hoffman Estates. No notifiaction no e-mail sent after 20 years of loyalty. I strongly recommend American Coach there rates are much better. So long Viatas and are 20 yr realtionship. You forced me to to go look and I'M GLAD you did.

I was referred to Viatas' wedding limo service through my wedding reception venue. I did not find many reviews on them but took a leap of faith simply based on my communications with the owner's daughter, Anne Rae. As I told her this morning, I have never experienced such wonderful customer service.
