KYS Express, Inc. today announced that it joined the SmartWay Transport Partnership, an innovative collaboration between U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and industry that provides a framework to assess the environmental and energy efficiency of goods movement supply chains.
KYS Express, Inc. will contribute to the Partnership's savings of 144.3 million barrels of oil, $20.6 billion in fuel costs, 61.7 MMT of carbon dioxide (CO2), 1,070,000 tons of nitrogen oxides, and 43,000 tons of particulate matter, the equivalent of taking 13 million cars off the road.Carbon dioxide is the most common greenhouse gas, and nitrogen oxide is an air pollutant that contributes to smog.

Just got cussed out by Paul their dispatcher because my coworker booked with load with another carrier and informed him of that while we were still going over details of the load. If that is how this company operates, calling people up and cussing them out before a load is booked beware. Our system also noted this dispatcher as falling off loads multiple times.

Jacob is the dispatcher we work with at KYS, and we so appreciate his ability to get us trucks to take loads out of the Northwest. He has done a great job for several years for Northland Express, and this spring he has done an even better job. He is able to tell us where the trucks are and keep us informed.
