I feel great about moving forward with my home purchase and will continue to pick David's brain in the future about any home projects I may have. If you want an informative, detailed, and educational crash course about your potential property from an incredibly knowledgeable professional then Dave is your man!
Dave walked me through the entire process. He explained what he was looking for and why. He compiled a comprehensive report filled with suggestions, photos, and he even made and attached informational videos regarding our property. We had the report emailed to us the very next day and he even gave us a follow up call to answer any questions that we may have after the fact.
10/10 would use again!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. David and Barbara are the best home inspectors I have ever worked with. They are courteous, professional, and have great people skills. Buying a home from distance has been very stressful for my wife and I, but David gave an extremely thorough and detailed inspection. He knows his stuff, has no problem talking on the phone or following up to explain anything. His reports are not your standard computer generated check box productions. He puts time and effort to photograph and record all the issues he finds. He was slightly more expensive than other inspectors

As a 1st time home buyer i was unsure of what to expect from a home inspection/inspector. What i received was a very thorough home
Inspection that included things id never think to look for as a potential issue. I was impressed by his thoughtfulness.. Ive had plenty of people come into my home to repair, inspect..but the personal touch ( he vacuumed the hallway when exiting the attic) was above and beyond professionalism. He was punctual and the report with supporting video was very helpful and made coordinating the repairs simple. I appreciate his patience and willingness to answer all and i

I had the pleasure of working with Dave when I purchased my home. I was impressed by his certifications that proved he was actually qualified for the job as many of the other home inspectors I researched had no proof of any advanced training or home inspection knowledge. Not only did I find Dave to be very responsive his inspection was spot on. With the information he gave me I was able to get everything taken care of by the seller.
