Everything from the day of my inspection to the re-inspection was professional and very thorough. Brooke Coll made me feel very comfortable purchasing my first home as she was extremely thorough in her inspection and her report was easy to read. She included pictures with a great description that made is easy to communicate what I needed fixed. I had a 30 day close and appreciate how fast she got the report back to me. I would recommend her to anyone needing a home inspection.

I can not say anything other than praise for Brooke! Buying a home for the first time, especially during this tough time, is scary. Brooke made sure to answer all of my questions, both during inspection and after. Inspection was spot on and report was ready within a day or so of payment. Super friendly and extremely personable, I would highly recommend to anyone!
