Dr. Kaufman and her staff are the best. She does amazing work and genuinely cares about her patients. The staff are kind, professional, and the atmosphere in the office is always positive. Dr. Kaufman and her staff communicate exceptionally well and answer all of my (many) questions. The attention to detail is apparent and it's obvious she wants her patients to have a smile to be proud of.

I made an appointment with Dr. Kaufman 4 months ago. Prepared to go in for a cleaning, her dental assistant called late in the afternoon the day before my appointment to inform me they wouldn't agree to see me without a full set of x-rays.
I had seen Dr. Kaufman before and explained at length that I'm extremely health conscious and don't take x-rays unless there's an emergency and she said she understood and agreed to work with me under those conditions (the only reason I sought out a holistic dentist in the first place).

Dr. Kaufman is by far the best dentist on the planet! Dr. Kaufman and her staff are beyond excellent. I cannot believe the high level of service with Kaufman Dental Associates!! This practice uses state-of-the-art dental techniques and the latest in equipment. I've finally found a Palm Beach County dentist who I TRUST implicitly and is totally professional. The kindness shown by Dr. Kaufman is truly amazing. I highly recommend Kaufman Dental Associates, and feel blessed that I am a patient at this fine practice.

They don't want me being their first review...
I called them over the phone 3 months ago asking if they took my insurance, they said yes.
3 months later, my wife and I get routine dental cleaning. The cost: over $500.
Are you serious?!?!?! I ask them "what about my insurance?" They say it only covers x,y and z. Well, GREAT...how about you tell me this BEFORE hand so I can search for another provider...of course not!
This will be the last time I go to these guys. Rip off artists.
