This is a scam , please do not engage with this company !
You can never get a hold of them. Only through email but they don't even respond to that or they take weeks to respond 2 words. They use the same phone number text across the board with no fax or official office building. The address is a fake. They take your money & doesn't respond ! There's so many signs and I wish I researched more before paying for application and $100 fee.

Effective and efficient service. I hate to complain about this as it's embarrassing. My toilet was giving me trouble because it wouldn't stop filling up and would get clogged often. I reached out to Jason and he informed on what he thought the issue was. He was able to replace the flush mechanism. The clogging part was figured out later that day by a plumber he called to snake the pipe. We found a towel was flushed by one of the prior tenants. It's been a week with no issues. I want to say thank you Jason you are the best!!

I've been apprehensive in the past having rented for some time and dealing with other property management companies. IPM puts a lot of that at ease. One thing people should understand is that there are terms in your lease that you agree to. Read them carefully and make sure you understand what you are liable for. This company doesn't hide any of that. They walk you through it, and make sure there are proper addendums if required as well as provide you with checklists.

Will never rent another property managed by IPM. The communication was terrible. Here is just a handful of our issues:
1. Several outlets in the kitchen didn't work, when I reported it I was told just use the outlets that do work. Issue was never fixed.
2. Sent a $150 bill and was told to pay it with no explanation as to what it was. After several phone calls found out it was a cleaning bill from before I lived there they wanted me to pay for the landlord.
3. All written and verbal communication was condescending. Everything had to be emailed, they will not answer your questions by phone

Our experience with IDEAL Property Management has been great so far. They helped us to rent our property and are currently managing it. They are very quick on responding any questions and providing professional advices. They have a great crew to do any rental related repair work with fair cost. We are very pleased with their expertise. Jason and Karen have been extremely responsive in getting things done and helping with the communications between tenants and us. I recently purchased a condo in Corona as an investment home & being a first time home owner, Ideal property team was very attentive in answering my concerns throughout the whole process and were even able to rent out my condo in a hassle free manner within a short amount of time. The company has a very well organized online profile set up for each home owner and for the tenant, so each transaction is transparent with record which is very important to me.
